Now that is a very sad ice-cream cake that Nurul & I attempted to bake. Trust me, it was damn good; besides the fact that the ice cream-didn't have time to freeze. :( I was so embarrassed! Anyway, it was for the boyfriend who turned twenty-two last week! He was still in camp on his birthday, so his family had their usual family dinner when he booked out. Nurul & Zul were invited too!
His mom cooked a feast, as usual! And as per last year, he got ang baos as gifts cos he services his bike yearly using his birthday money. So lucky! We then met up with a few friends to watch Olympus Has Fallen (which is damn good) & had supper after.
Look at my exhausted face! I have irregular sleeping patterns and all. I usually have 3 - 4 hours of sleep daily. Anyway, we hung out til four then I went home.... ... .. to prepare/cook for the next day's picnic after WORK. Imagine my exhaustion. Hahahaha, I must really love this boy.
After work, he fetched me & we headed to the beach right in front of my workplace. The weather was perfect. <3 We ate and hung out a bit and left. The boyfriend felt uncomfortable at a picnic cos he felt out of place and didn't exactly know what to do. Weirdo. Anyway, we left after that.
The next day he brought me out to satisfy my bubur taiwan cravings! It was raining that day so we drove. I loveeee riding in the car cos I get to sing along to the radio. & I will make the boyfriend sing with me! ^.^ It's just a nice memory.
Another week passed, boyfriend fetched me from work on Friday & we had dinner. Look at that face! He was cutting my corn for me cos I couldn't be bothered to eat corn on a cob. Hehehe, so cute.
On Saturday, I finally got my haircut!
On Sunday, boyfriend & I watched the morning slots for Iron Man 3! I don't think I've ever watched a movie before noon so it felt kinda weird. Plus, it was raining so we took the bus which was even weirder. After that, we walked to his place to get the bike & had lunch at Seoul Garden! Then we hung out til it was time for him to book in. & here I am, bored at home.
Anyway, I'm finally back to school as of this week. It's kinda exciting but more to scary. I hope I can cope, Insyallah. :) I haven't been in school for four years but I still think that it's something that I need to do. I can't wait to finally get my diploma! 2.5 more years to go, omg.
I hate how this post is all over the place. So is my mind, right now. I've got work & school tomorrow! I should probably head to bed. Goodnight! <3
